Order Processing

Your orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or on the weekends will not be processed until Monday. Once the order has been shipped, please note that we are unable to cancel or modify it. 

Domestic Shipping and Delivery

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping within US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping Charges to Hawaii and Alaska depend on the package weight. You can estimate shipping and taxes in your shopping cart before check out. 

We do not ship to a P.O Box and need a physical street address for all orders.

Free Ground Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery, as we ship from San Diego, California. Please refer to UPS Transit Time map for an accurate estimate. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and no weekend delivery option is available at this time. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 30 days of order receipt. Please note that, ALL ACCESSORY SALES, INCLUDING OUR LEATHER CARE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. A return label is included with your orders. Exclusions apply to orders shipped internationally & to Alaska and Hawaii as well as Final Sale Items. No returns/exchanges are accepted on products marked Final Sale. 

We recommend trying your boots in a carpeted area to avoid any scuff marks. Our policy is the same regarding exchanges. The boots must be returned for exchange in new/unworn condition, In the original packaging within 30 days of receipt . 

Returning Merchandise by Mail

You will receive an Online Order Return/Exchange Form and Pre-Paid Return Label with your order. Please fill out the form and enclose it with your returned item(s). We are unable to process returns without the form. To request a form and/or a return label, email us at [email protected]

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your return(s).  You will receive an email from us once your account has been credited. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

Exchanging Merchandise by Mail

For any exchanges, please follow the return instructions above, but mark it as an exchange when filling out the Online Order Return/Exchange Form. Since our inventory is limited, we recommend that you send back items for exchanges as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for the exchange to be processed. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your exchange request. 

International Shipping and Returns

We offer International Shipping via UPS Worldwide Express, worlwide except for Japan & China. The cost will depend on the weight and the destination Country. You can get a shipping estimate in your shopping cart by entering the shipping information.

Please note that Old Gringo is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applicable on international shipments. We are also not responsible for any loss or damages caused when shipping internationally. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any custom, duties and/or taxes on all international orders, the rates for which are subject to the item bought and the policy governing imports in your home country. All international purchases are final.
